FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 20th March 2004

Snappy headline catches journalist's attention!

(Make the headline snappy and no longer than 8 words; avoid puns)

The KDE Project is pleased to announce the release of KMedia 1.0 (message 1 - what has happened), the indispensable tool for all journalists, featuring an automatic article writer and magic photo generation (message 2 - why does the journalist care). This release marks KMedia's entry into the KDE Utils core package (message 3 - why is it significant).

KMedia is the result of a three-month long effort by Carlos Woelz, Henrique Pinto and Tom Chance, and caters to journalists looking to complete articles without doing any work. Based upon KDE's advanced technology, KMedia makes life easier than ever; simply tell it the title and subject of your article and let it use distributed media networks like the World Wide Web to put together the best quality articles in minutes! (Elaborate a little, and sell your application a little, but don't lie or use emotive language). KMedia is available in 30 languages, and will expand in terms of features and internationalisation with each release.

Tom Chance, principle developer, commented that "KMedia has meant that I don't even need to come up with this quote! I couldn't see my life without KMedia, now we've reached our first major release milestone." (Try to get an interesting quote; you want the quote to be printed in full, so say something the journalist can't get from your other paragraphs)
